Vlive Serene Coliving - Rules & Regulations:

Rent

  1. Rent to be Paid on or before 5th of every Month.
  2. A Late Payment charge of Rs100/- per day shall be levied from 8th until 15th. An additional Penalty charges equivalent to 7 days of rent shall be charged between 15th and 22nd of the month. Incase rent remains outstanding on 22nd eviction notice will be issued and additional eviction charges equivalent to 7 days of rent will be added to the dues.
  3. Once Rent is Paid won’t be refundable under any circumstances.

House Keeping

  1. Vlive Serene Coliving House Keeping staff will have access to room as per schedule.

House Rules:

  1. Smoking & Drinking is strictly Prohibited inside the Building.
  2. Food Timings.
    • Breakfast: 7:00AM to 10:00AM
    • Lunch: 12:30PM to 2:00PM
    • Dinner: 7:30PM to 9:30 PM
  3. Food provided by us is not allowed inside the Room
  4. Be on time (at night) to Room before 10:45PM and Gates will be closed by 11:00PM
  5. Any complaints with tenants/staff, Owner must be informed first
  6. Please don’t waste Food & Water

Check-in

  1. Deposit amount to be Paid before check-in
  2. Reservation (Token) amount paid is not refundable in case of “No Show” or “Cancellation”

Notice

  1. Lock-in Period (Minimum Stay) is 3 months.
  2. Deposit amount shall not be refunded if vacated before the Lock-in Period
  3. Notice Period is 1 month
  4. Deposit amount shall not be refunded if vacated before the Notice Period
  5. Vlive Serene Coliving reserves the right to terminate the tenancy without any notice in case any disturbance is created by the tenant.

Safety

  1. Personal belongings/valuable items/cupboards to be kept locked and Vlive Serene Coliving is not responsible for any loss
  2. In case the key is lost, inform Management, a duplicate key will be provided with an additional charge. (Rs500/- for main door/cupboard key).

Guest Policy

  1. Visitors/Friends are not allowed to enter inside the rooms .

Checkout

  1. One-time charges of Rs 1500/- for three and double and Rs 2000/- for Single sharing shall be deducted from deposit.
  2. Checkout at the end of calendar month only
  3. Deposit shall be refunded within 48hours of succeeding month after vacating
  4. Dues to Vlive Serene Coliving towards damages to any furniture/goods/common amenities, upkeep of property as applicable
  5. Keys to be handed over back to Vlive Serene Coliving Management
